You can still send flowers if you are crushing on a woman. But, you might need to deliver them yourself. It would be the perfect chance to ask her out. What woman could resist a man standing before her with birthday flowers? If your crush is male, you can send him tickets to a great game in town and ask him to take you via a card. This is a great way to break the ice and flatter the person in the most appropriate manner.
